HTU is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage job postings. You will support screening, outreach, and administrative tasks while collaborating with hiring leaders to ensure smooth logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment with changing priorities.
• Outgoing, energetic personality who enjoys connecting with people.
• Coachable, positive, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across calendars and with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, confirmations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring leaders for smooth interview logistics.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.
