Job summary

HTU in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a recruiter who will identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and skill sets.

You will build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in community volunteering initiatives as part of our team development and culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
