Job summary

HTU in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and provide local market insights to drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Representatives, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience, while engaging in community partnerships and strategic market planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales-focused experience
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Perform customer service related activities
• Provide local market, skill set, and client-specific intelligence to team leads with strategic recommendations
• Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Representatives, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience
• Collaborate with Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Engage in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations
