HTU in Indianapolis is seeking a recruiter to identify, screen, and interview candidates and to partner with Account Managers in targeting top accounts and skill sets. The role emphasizes building industry relationships for referrals and sales leads, plus service and community involvement.

The ideal candidate has a customer or sales focus and team-oriented experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a track record of collaboration and contributing to a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
