Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Perform relationship-building activities such as coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining engagement throughout their employment
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in advancing their careers
