HTU in Cleveland, OH is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools. You will screen and interview applicants, collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and skills, and build industry networks to generate referrals and sales leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
