Job summary

HTU is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage postings across iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, and Handshake. You will source candidates in high-volume markets, review applications, and conduct pre-screening using G2, coordinating interviews with the Senior Internal Recruiter.

Responsibilities include outreach campaigns, offer letters, background check requests, and recruitment for entry-level roles such as Sales Development Representatives and SRCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective virtual relationships with customers.
• Proven consistent performance in a production-based environment.
• Capability to strategize operational goals and provide solutions to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive representation of Actalent internally and externally.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, self-motivation, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings on platforms including iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, and Handshake.
• Source candidates in volume markets.
• Review applications and manage referrals.
• Pre-screen applicants using G2.
• Schedule behavioral interviews with the Senior Internal Recruiter.
• Ensure EEO/OFFCP compliance for applications, dispositions, and related processes.
• Conduct candidate outreach initiatives such as campaigns and follow-ups on incomplete applications or withdrawals.
• Generate offer letters and background check requests for office hires and internal transitions.
• Recruit for entry-level roles including Sales Development Representatives, VOP, SRCs, and FSG.
