Zusammenfassung

Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop in project management. You will provide administrative and construction support to the PM team and manage project documentation and coordination with subcontractors on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, with at least 1 year of construction experience. Travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs; prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare contract submittals and issue Subcontractors' contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals on time.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings for Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Maintain the Warranty Log and keep it up to date.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors to provide PM support.
• Assist field personnel and monitor other contractors' progress.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports.
