Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Temple, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for entry-level project management support on active construction sites. You will handle documentation, logs, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and assist the Project Manager with coordination and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in construction management or related field and at least 1 year of experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the PM, including planning and coordination.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and document (drawing) control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Prepare and issue subcontractors' contracts and owner/maintenance manuals.
• Ensure project quality control plan is followed and assist field personnel.
