Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role provides learning opportunities in documentation, coordination, and on-site support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager by coordinating activities and resolving issues on site.
• Maintain logs for changes, submittals, and drawings for construction meetings.
• Prepare contract submittals and assist in drafting subcontractor contracts.
• Contribute to Owner and Maintenance Manuals delivery and project closeout.
• Assist in ensuring the project quality control plan is followed.
