Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop competency in essential duties. The role provides admin and construction support to the Project Management team, handling documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting records.

The APM collaborates with field personnel and subcontractors to ensure accurate documentation and timely actions. The position offers growth in construction management, exposure to high-profile projects, and a path toward increased

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience is required.
• Combination of training, education and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal and document control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Assist with subcontractors’ contracts and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
