Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and grow on active construction sites. This entry-level role supports the Project Management team with administrative and project documentation tasks.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction experience. Travel up to 25% and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs.
• Prepare logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractors’ contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Interact with subcontractors for correct documentation and drawings.
