Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role emphasizes learning project management duties and providing essential administrative support, including documentation and logs.

You will collaborate with field personnel, manage submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes, and help ensure schedules, safety, and quality standards are met. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience requirements listed as 1 year in construction-related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain logs for changes, submittals, drawings, and project documentation for meetings.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor contracts and owner/maintenance manuals as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project quality control plans and coordinate with field personnel.
