Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our field operations on active construction sites. This entry-level role supports the Project Management team with administration, coordination, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

You will learn essential project controls, submittals, RFIs, and manual preparation while collaborating with managers, clients, and subcontractors to uphold Rosendin standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Ability to work on active construction sites and support Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and document control logs; prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Responsible for contract submittals and creating/subcontractor contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation for Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors; provide project management support.
• Assist field personnel and monitor other contractors’ activities.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports; collaborate with payroll.
