Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will learn and develop competency across essential duties, including documentation, contracts, and coordination with subcontractors.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving, with the opportunity to grow within a leading electrical contractor known for ESOP and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue Subcontractors’ contracts and manage Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors and provide project management support.
