The role develops competency in documenting submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting minutes, while coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to ensure schedules and quality are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management and have 1 year of related experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders and documentation logs.
• Prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Support subcontractor contracts and owner manuals.
• Ensure quality control plan adherence.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist field personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate data.
