Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Tempe, AZ. The role provides administrative and construction support to the Project Management team on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least 1 year of related experience. You’ll manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting minutes, coordinate activities, and assist with Contractor/Subcontractor contracts and Owner/Maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 1 year of experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project activities and resolve issues with PM and field teams.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and documents for meetings and audits.
• Prepare contract submittals, subcontractor contracts, and manuals, accurately and on time.
• Support payroll data and ensure timely project reporting and updates.
