Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team on active construction sites in Tempe, AZ. You will learn and develop in essential duties, handling documentation, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to keep projects on track.

You will assist with planning, coordination, change orders, contracts, and manuals, while upholding quality control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning and coordinating to resolve issues.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs and prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare and submit contracts and ensure timely delivery of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed and support field personnel as needed.
• Attend project meetings with clients and subcontractors to provide project management support.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files, and generate project reports.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
