Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop competency in essential duties while providing administrative and construction support to the Project Management team. The role centers on managing submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and contract-related documents on active projects.

You will assist with planning, coordination, and resolution of issues, ensuring policies and standards are met. Requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt and at least 1 year in a related role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and maintain logs.
• Prepare project documentation for construction meetings and change orders.
• Create and issue Subcontractors’ contracts and owner manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors and support project management.
