Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role focuses on learning and developing competency in essential duties while providing administrative and construction support to the PM team.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs, assist with subcontracts, and help ensure quality control and timely project documentation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Proactive, professional demeanor with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
