Rosendin Electric in Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and grow in construction project management. You'll provide administrative and construction support to our PM team, handling submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing-control logs; prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Responsible for contract submittals and for creating and issuing subcontractors' contracts.
• Assemble and timely deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Interact with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings.
• Keep the Warranty Log up to date and support project meetings with clients.
• Cooperate with field personnel and monitor other contractors' progress.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports and documentation.
• Work with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
