Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop competency in project management. This entry-level role provides administrative and construction support to the Project Management team on active construction sites.

You’ll manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting minutes; coordinate with subcontractors; prepare manuals and change orders; and assist payroll to ensure accurate data. Growth opportunities and a strong ESOP culture support long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee assigned project activities and ensure policies and standards are met.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate contract submittals.
• Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Follow the project quality control plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain correct owner manuals documentation.
• Keep the Warranty Log up to date.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors and provide PM support.
• Assist field personnel and monitor other contractors’ progress.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
