Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team on active construction sites in Coppell, TX. This entry-level role focuses on gaining competency in essential duties and providing administrative and construction support.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project logs, while coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 1 year minimum construction-related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation incl. submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Maintain change orders and document control logs for meetings.
• Prepare logs for construction meetings and ensure timely submittals.
• Assist in creating subcontractor contracts and manuals.
• Support field personnel and coordinate with subcontractors.
