Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to learn and support our Project Management team. You will handle administrative tasks and assist with documentation, meetings, and coordination on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have a construction-related degree and at least one year of experience, with strong organization, communication, and office software skills. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Ability to learn and support project management processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and documentation for meetings.
• Prepare logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue Subcontractors’ contracts and ensure timely delivery of manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
