Lithko Contracting in Salt Lake City is seeking a Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. Your dedicated manager and mentors will invest in your success and help you advance quickly through Lithko's integration program.

On average, PEs are promoted within one year of starting at Lithko. This entry-level role supports growth opportunities across locations, and requires eligibility to work in the US and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with guidance from managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn hands-on with the project execution process and daily prep activities.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and more.
