Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on the job site with mentorship from a dedicated manager and a structured training program. On average, PEs progress quickly and are promoted within a year of joining the team.

This entry-level role supports safety, quality, and execution while offering hands-on field engineering across Lithko's nationwide footprint, including Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
• Demonstrate drive to excel, be action-oriented, and collaborate to grow within Lithko.
