Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. You will be mentored by dedicated managers and participate in an integration program designed to advance your career, with promotions typically within one year.

Travel opportunities across Lithko's nationwide footprint are available. You may gain exposure to estimating, field engineering, inspections, and production tracking as you grow with the team at locations

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

Understand project scope and schedule, safety and quality plans, and support execution of work objectives.
Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
Assist with daily safety, quality, and execution of tasks.
Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and integration program.
Possible responsibilities include estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep and more.
