As a Project Engineer, you’ll gain exposure to estimating, field engineering, safety, and quality while supporting multiple sites across Lithko’s nationwide footprint. Most PEs are promoted within a year.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date.
• Willingness to learn on job sites; entry-level role.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with mentors; focus on safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn hands-on with teams through daily prep plans and project execution.
• Assist in estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, finish work, slab prep, production tracking, and safety.
• Collaborate with team; embrace growth opportunities and excel in Lithko's environment.
