Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. You will work with a dedicated manager and mentors who invest in your success and help you advance.

The integration program supports rapid skill-building and promotes within a year for strong performers. As a PE, you will gain hands-on experience across safety, quality, and project execution while supporting estimating, field engineering, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Entry-level role with focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with mentorship and guidance.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams on site.
• Assist with estimating, field engineering (line and grade), inspections, and formwork tasks.
