Job summary

Lithko Contracting is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. A dedicated manager and mentors will guide your success as you build knowledge and skills and work toward your next role.

On average, PEs are promoted within 1 year of starting at Lithko, with an integration (training) program that empowers you to make an impact and advance quickly in your career. Travel to Lithko locations nationwide is possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 3. Equivalent work or military experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams on the project execution process.
• Assist in estimating, field engineering, inspections, and quantity take-offs.
