Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. You will be guided by a dedicated manager and mentors who invest in your success and help you advance toward your next role.

Our integration program aims to promote PEs within about a year. You’ll work on safety, quality, and execution while gaining hands-on experience in estimating, field engineering, and project planning across Lithko’s nationwide locations

Qualifications

• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong willingness to learn on the job and advance within Lithko.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule and plans for safety and quality with guidance from mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives on-site.
• Learn hands-on with project teams through daily prep and project execution processes.
• Assist with estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and production tracking.
