Qualifications

• You must complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work/military experience.
• You will be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with the help of managers and mentors, and plan safety and quality objectives.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and the integration program.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, site safety, and more.
