Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on the job site. You’ll be supported by a dedicated manager and mentors, and the integration program aims to promote PEs within about a year.

You may perform estimating, field engineering, inspections, and other duties as skills grow. Travel to job sites is possible across Lithko's nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule; manage safety and quality with mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives; learn through hands-on performance.
