Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. You will work under a dedicated manager and mentors to grow knowledge and skills and progress toward the next role.

Our integration program empowers you to make an impact and advance quickly within Lithko. On average, PEs are promoted within one year of starting at Lithko, with exposure to diverse project types at sites across the nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedules with managers and mentors, and plan safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and integration program.
• Assist with estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, prep & forming of slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and other duties as assigned.
