Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with the help of managers and mentors to plan safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams during the project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, and more.
