Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Dearborn, MI to break into pharmaceutical sales. No prior pharma experience required; you will receive training, tools, and mentorship while calling on healthcare providers across your territory.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with incentive plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, car allowance and mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
