Job summary

Providence seeks an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients and visitors with excellent service, both in person and over the phone. You will bridge communication between patients and care teams, and support scheduling, registrations, and insurance verification in a busy clinic.

As you learn front- and back-office duties, you will help maintain clean EPIC records and contribute to efficient patient flows while upholding Providence’s commitment to compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• 6 months of Customer service related experience.
• 6 months of Office experience, preferably in a medical office.
• 6 months of Electronic Medical Record experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering exceptional service.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers and care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Perform front and back-office duties: scheduling, registration, insurance verification and updating demographics.
• Maintain clinic efficiency and accurate documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
• Support Providence’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care through growth and learning.
