Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services. You will identify and sign new clients (1-49 employees) for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, while growing relationships and selling additional ADP solutions in your territory.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, or military experience.
• Ability to cold call and handle rejection, with time-management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach sales goals within assigned geography.
• Develop prospecting strategies to win new business and build a client network.
• Cultivate relationships across ADP products and with existing accounts.
