ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services to cover a defined geography targeting clients with 1–49 employees. You will identify new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other solutions, and you’ll build relationships to close business in the field.

Qualifications

• College degree is great but not required.
• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR military experience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in your geographic territory with 1-49 employees per client.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, and present ADP solutions to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners and maintain high ethical standards while driving results.
