You’ll meet with business owners and decision-makers, present to groups, and build a personal client portfolio in your territory. Expect to work with a supportive team, with ongoing professional development, performance-based promotions, and a clear path to growth within

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (or close)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads and expand your network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it for approval
• Record daily sales activity and stats
