Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional to join our growing team in Mississippi. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, helping you build a portfolio of clients while meeting with business owners and decision-makers across various industries.

You will promote top supplemental insurance products, interact with owners, benefits managers and employees, and occasionally present to larger groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience is required.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Direct outside sales to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and employees.
• Meet with business owners, benefits managers and employees; conduct product presentations for groups 50–100+.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage client relationships.
• Schedule meetings and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Join scheduled calls with the sales manager and team; set and track targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity.
