Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to join our team in Louisiana. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio with training and support from an experienced sales leadership.

Training is comprehensive; you will use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and aim for weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check suitable
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered with relevant sales/athletic background

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers
• Give product presentations to groups of 50–100+ when needed
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales manager
