Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level territory-based sales representative in Florida to promote top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses and their workforce. You will receive comprehensive training and enjoy a flexible schedule to build your own client base.

The role blends direct outreach, one-on-one discussions with decision-makers, and group presentations, with ongoing development and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (sales background considered).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain; licensing fees reimbursed

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients and expand your territory network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local business owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
