In this role you’ll develop skills to connect with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and grow your own client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. A driven, adaptable attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily activity and progress toward sales targets.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to the team manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
