Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program, combining field-based and classroom-style training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

During field training you will work with your Sales Mentor in your territory, observe the sales process, and travel with teams to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom work.
• Work with a Sales Mentor in your territory during field training.
• Travel with teams to learn products and observe the sales process.
• Relocate after training and pursue monthly/annual sales quotas.
