Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% and work with a Sales Mentor in your territory. After completing the program, you relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas by selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with <2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after completing the training.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction.
• Work with a Sales Mentor in your territory and support their calls during training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and pursue quotas.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to learn Reynolds products.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in your territory.
