Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100%, work with a Sales Mentor, and learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiations. After completion, you relocate to a territory to drive quotas selling Reynolds software, marketing services, and related

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong time management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 80-100% during training and relocate after.
