Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program comprised of field based and classroom style training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

You will complete courses covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. During training you can expect to travel 80-100% overnight, observe the sales process with a mentor, and join the teams on calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with <2 violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training completes.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional after training.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to new and existing automotive dealers within the territory.
• Travel with the customer service and installation teams to learn products.
