Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program comprising field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

You will travel 80-100% during training. Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and sell Reynolds products and services.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas in the automotive market.
• Work with customers in both new and existing accounts.
