Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After completing the training, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional and work to meet monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in your assigned territory; automotive industry focus.
• Participate in a 12-month training program with field and classroom components.
• Travel with the sales mentor during training and travel with teams to learn products.
